- Under the direction of the Director of Capital Projects and Construction, the Field Supervisor will be responsible for but not limited to:
Filing of construction permit for all work contracted directly by AHA.
Supervising performance of all general contractors hired by AHA.
Supervising performance of all subcontractors hired directly by AHA.
Inspection of properties and construction progress in support of AHA projects
Providing regular updates on all contract budgets and schedules to the Director Of Capital Projects
Review of all contractor applications for payment.
Coordination with the Director Of Residential Properties and Client Services for all construction related projects that affect tenancy.
Conducting final inspections and close-out of all projects.
Salary: $50,000.00/yr.
- Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction related project management activities.
Ability to schedule and implement multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with AHA staff, residents and clients, fellow professionals, and construction personnel.
Ability to demonstrate a track record of success in completed projects.
Advanced education and/or certification in a construction related field.
Successful submission to criminal, driving, personal reference and drug test.

Under the direction of the Director of Intake, Certification & housing Counselor will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for managing the switchboard and routing calls to appropriate person, announce name and nature of calls and/or recording of accurate messages, etc.
Accurately completing daily/month call tick sheets for all calls received and routed by you.
Accurately completing client weekly/monthly intake tally sheets.
Research, develop and maintain database utility assistance programs and agencies that provide monetary support for the purpose of paying utility bills in Monmouth, Ocean 7 Mercer Counties.
Intake and assessment of client needs during initial telephone, internet, walk-in to our agency for utility assistance programs.
Assess clients need and eligibility for utility assistance programs offered by utilizing income guidelines for each respective program (i.e. USF, LIHEAP, NJ Shares, TRUE, etc.)
Maintain online client intake database of all who are seeking assistance by logging into the system daily and inputting all information requested within each relevant data filed for phone and walk-in client intakes.
Provide resource information and referrals; distribute utility applications all programs within the department based on client eligibility. Assist with their completion if necessary.
Login all (hand delivered) applications/client packets received and provide client with a submission receipt.
Attending agency and invited community outreach events as assigned to represent the agency by speaking bout and/or providing information and resource materials regarding all programs and services.
Other administrative duties as assigned and necessary to the functioning of all programs within the department.

- Qualifications:
Capacity to deal with diverse clients with various levels of need.
Two years experience in Customer Service field in direct service role, Two year associates degree preferred or equivalent additional experience.
Ability to speak clearly while responding to clients in need. (Spanish and English).
Strong Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail etc).
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, Time management skills, Case management skills, Strong organization skills, Knowledge of clerical procedures.
Must be very personable.
Hours: 35 Hours per week
All employees are required to submit to drug, criminal, driving and personal reference checks as appropriate to their position.
Hourly Rate: $10.00 to 15.00 per hour
