Tim McCorry
Director of Capital Projects and Construction

Tim is a licensed architect with extensive experience in the design and construction of affordable and special needs housing. He has served on the American Institute of Architects Housing and Shelter Committee and as an advisory member of the Affordable Housing Alliance. He has provided design assistance to NJ Coastal Habitat for Humanity and has been certified by the US Green Building Council as a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional. Tim is a graduate of The College of Architecture Art and Planning at Cornell University.
